Projects to Consider

• Fill for driveway -- "paver base" bags from TC Murphy work well

• Covered firewood storage rack (brackets and 2x4s purchased, thinking outside along woodstove chimney wall)

• Paint or continue siding around front and side of old house

• Deck/porch for front of old house (6'x20', move firewood to new storage rack)

• Renovate bathrooms (replace upstairs toilet, new floors, vanities, paint)

• Upgrade shallow well pump (footer valve?), hot water heater (40+ years old!)

• Clean out cellar, garage, cottage, ice house, yard debris (dumpster!)

• Purge, renovate loft, stairs to loft
