New kitchen and porch are ready for use! All appliances (except the new dishwasher) and the sink are functional.
Porch wood was stained.
Electricians returned and installed new 200 Amp service panel and completed circuits in kitchen. We need to install a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
Joe Delczeg plans to return to finish the exterior siding and steps. He will also restore the woodstove and install a range hood and vent.
Alan brought up a washer and dryer, but still deciding where to install them.
The land line is back! Thanks to Goldie for meeting with the Frontier techs. Currently, only the living room phone is active.
Old sofa by front door was removed. Goldie replaced it with a new one -- check out the new look on the photo page!
Make sure you bring the new key! All the doors and deadbolts now use the new key. Remaining padlocks still use the old smaller key. Gate combo is 2198.
